Narrated lesson · press play

Long before anyone starts a business, they already carry ideas in their head about what business is and who it is for. These ideas are called beliefs, and they quietly decide whether a person ever tries at all. In this first lesson we look at the beliefs about enterprise that are common in Namibia, we show clearly that success has nothing to do with whether you are a woman or a man, we learn what China, India, Japan and the United Arab Emirates can teach us, and we see why holding positive beliefs matters both in business and in everyday life.
