Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident paying for namstudy. This policy explains when a refund applies and how to ask for one.
Before your access is switched on
Packages are activated manually after we receive your proof of payment. If you have paid but changed your mind before we switch your access on, contact us and we will refund you in full.
After your access is switched on
Once your package is active you have full access to the digital lessons, quizzes, notes, past papers and revision pods in your chosen subjects for that month. Because this is digital study content that is unlocked immediately, an activated month is generally not refundable.
That said, we are reasonable people. If something went wrong on our side — for example your access did not work, or you were charged incorrectly — contact us and we will sort it out, including a refund where it is fair.
Free before you pay
Every subject gives you the first 3 lessons free, with no payment details needed. We encourage you to try the free lessons first so you know exactly what you are paying for.
How to request a refund
Email hello@namstudy.com from your account email address, with your name and the date you paid. We aim to respond within one working day.
