Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Your name and email address (to create and sign you in to your account).
• Your grade and the subjects you are studying (to set up your dashboard).
• Your learning activity — lessons completed, quiz and test attempts (to show your progress and streak).
• Your package and payment status (to unlock the subjects you have paid for).
• If you use Study Buddy, your referral code and who referred you.

2. What we do NOT collect

We do not collect or store your bank card details — payments are made by bank transfer or mobile wallet directly to our account, outside the website.

We use the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure our advertising: it tells us which adverts brought people to namstudy, and lets us show our adverts to people who have visited before. It records the pages you open on namstudy and sends them to Meta, which may match them to your Facebook or Instagram account. It does not receive your answers, your marks or anything you study. You can limit this in your Facebook Ad Preferences, or block it with your browser's tracking protection — namstudy works normally either way.

3. How we use your information

We use it only to run namstudy: to give you access to your lessons, mark your quizzes, show your progress, activate your package after payment, and support you when you contact us. We do not sell your information to anyone.

4. Where it is stored

Your account data is stored securely with trusted hosting and database providers. Audio and images are served from a content delivery network. Access to your data is protected so that you can only see your own records.

5. Sharing

We only share information with the service providers we need to run the platform (hosting, database, email). We do not sell or rent your personal information.

6. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account and data. Just email hello@namstudy.com from your account email address and we will help.

7. Children

Many of our learners are under 18. We ask for as little information as possible, and we encourage a parent or guardian to be involved in a younger learner's account. If you are a parent or guardian and want a child's account or data removed, contact us.
