Laws governing the use of natural resources in Namibia

Narrated lesson · press play

Namibia's fish, forests, water, minerals and wildlife are finite and shared — so the law decides who may use them, and how much. In this lesson Miss Maria walks you through the main Acts an entrepreneur must obey, what each one demands before you may even open your doors, and then the real AS skill: analysing the benefits AND the costs of those Acts to the entrepreneur. We finish with a worked Namibian case so you can see the judgement being made.
