International trade & the laws governing Namibian exports

Every container that leaves Walvis Bay has passed through a law before it passed through a gate. In this lesson Miss Maria defines international trade, exports and imports precisely, then takes three Namibian Acts one at a time — the Import and Export Control Act 30 of 1994, the Export Levy Act 2 of 2016, and the Controlled Wildlife Products and Trade Act 9 of 2008. For each one we ask the AS question: what does it say, and what effect does it have on a real Namibian exporter? We finish with a balanced judgement and the exact shape of a full-mark 'discuss' answer.
