Negotiation & effective meetings
Narrated lesson · press play
Every entrepreneur bargains and meets people almost every single day. When you agree a price with a supplier, a wage with a worker, or a loan with the bank, you are negotiating; and when your team sits down to decide something, you are holding a meeting. In this lesson we learn the six steps of a good negotiation and the skills that make it work, then turn to meetings — how to plan them with a notice, an agenda and minutes, and what makes a meeting truly effective. Plain, practical, and full of Namibian examples.
