Communication & presentation — reports, graphs, tables & citations

Narrated lesson · press play

A brilliant idea that is badly presented loses marks — and loses investors. In this lesson Miss Maria shows you how to put information in front of a reader so they understand it instantly: which graph for which job, how to build a clean table, and how to write text that interprets instead of just repeating. Then we prepare a report properly — layout, font, logical order and citations — and map it straight onto your Paper 2 coursework, 'A greener Namibia'.

What you'll learn in this lesson

By the end you should be able to (NSSCAS Entrepreneurship (AS) 3):

  • understand how to clearly present information
  • present information in the form of graphs/tables/text
  • prepare a report including: layout; appropriate font size and type; logical order; citations
